Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (digital goods), a refund can only be granted if the item was not downloaded after purchasing (more info below), if the item is defective and unusable, or if the item clearly does not work as described.

Before asking for a refund, please open a support ticket request and allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you are experiencing. We look into all refund requests.

Remember we are a third party not affiliated with the official Pinegrow app, so support tickets and refund requests should only be sent to us, Plugins for Pinegrow, and NOT the Offical Pinegrow team.

A few important points:

  1. We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In most cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you. In some cases, the issue will be resolved through a screen share.
  2. We reserve the right to deny refund requests.
  3. We may ask for proof of the issue via screenshots, video, or screenshare.
  4. Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date for downloaded products.
  5. If you have not downloaded the product according to our logs. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
  6. We will not cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
  7. We will not refund in cases where the license agreement was not understood.
  8. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
  9. Refunds do not apply to product bundles unless more than one plugin is deemed defective, instead, we will issue a discount code for a different plugin, or if possible add a different plugin to your account of a similar value, or of your choice.
  10. We will not refund if the issue is clearly with a third party product conflicting with our product, or with your own project set up.
  11. Refunds will not be granted based on minor bugs which do not affect the overall usability of the product, instead, report the bug and we will update the plugin. In some cases, we may grant you a discount on other products as a thank you for catching bugs.
  12. We will not refund if you can’t understand how to install a Pinegrow Plugin, instead, we will teach you how to install the plugin, via support, video or screenshare walkthrough.


Also, please note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, if you purchased using Stripe (one our payment processors) or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
